Excellent. I read The Skeptic from time to time. It's a good magazine with good coverage of global warming among many other things.

I suspect that when the original website report of this "nuclear accident" says "exercise" it refers to just that--the Minot site held an emergency preparation exercise complete with false readings and there was no accident at all.
