They haven't outlawed combustion vehicles in Portland yet? I though the only lawful modes of transportation were pennyfarthings and dirigibles.

Thresher: I used to be a chase vehicle for a hot air balloon company here in Austin. We dumped it one time in the IRS parking lot next to I-35

well, better than a small plane.
