(New York Daily News)   Charlie Sheen says he was in total denial and that last year's meltdown was from "too much pressure." Glad he's gotten over that denial thing   (nydailynews.com) divider line 25

Too much pressure in his drug-input system? I'd believe that.

Any other way, and he's just some Hollywood brat throwing a hissy fit.

Gee, you can't help but feel sorry for the guy for got instant fame and fortune because of his last name and had to deal with the consequences of copious drug and alcohol abuse. Lets hold a candlelight vigil.

Nobody cares, Charlie. Now go get all coked up and do something amusing.

As a child, Hot Shots Part Deux was on of my favourite comedy movies. I always thought Sheen was the smart and sarcastic lead. Now I look at it and wonder how much of the subtle comedy timing actually came from him.

What meltdown? He carried that f*cking sh*t network for a decade, AND had to work with a guy who's name -- don't laugh -- is 'Cryer.'

I, on the other hand, am NOT in denial.

Of course not. It would be hard to surf Fark from a river in Egypt.

How about just admitting that doing drugs and banging porn stars is REALLY fun, and sometimes you go overboard with it?

Looked like it. And why wouldn't he just admit to it, take his meds, and keep right on doing what he does? Does he think it looks better to say that he had a major, very public, breakdown just because of "pressure?" I know mental illness is still stigmatized, but Charlie Sheen is a cash cow when he's sane. He could get over it. Instead, he'd rather be remembered as a guy who does shiat like he did just because he was stressed out. Uh, Charlie--you're not helping.
