Honestly, as a fighter, I don't see the big deal about Manny watching the game. Unless he's like the biggest fan of one of these teams and will be upset if they lose, then it shouldn't be a problem. Before (albeit the few) fights I've fought, or the ones I've been part of as a team mate for support, it's always best to not be completely distracted by the fight. If you let yourself sit on it, especially when you have hours before fighting, you will mentally wear yourself out. I usually sit around and just talk about bullshaat with my friends, then an hour before the fight I get wrapped up, slowly start getting mentally pumped and eventually doing some mit work and getting physically ready.

Quick, who should I be rooting for in this one? I can't decide.

My former training partner Arce! He is a farking awesome dude, a superstar in Mexico, and a tremendously exciting fighter. He goes and fights no matter what.

This just in: he's not watching the game, it's a publicity ploy.

I get what you are saying and we all operate differently, but I would personally disagree. However, Manny has been on the big stage so many times and is all smiles most of the time so he should be ready like always.

That's kind of the problem, though. Too many wars for him, someone should've pulled him aside years ago.

That was darn close to getting back to 9-9. I'm no expert, is it likely to get an even round with an early knockdown but the other guy coming back so strong?

2012-06-09 11:01:58 PM
A 3 for 1

2012-06-09 11:02:11 PM
That was technically a low blow but that didn't hit him in the jubblies.

Lowblow and a headbutt.

And might have just ruined this fight

It was more the solid shot to the side of the head after that got him

You know, I used to think that. After Darchinyian I thought he was done and he moved his training camp back to Sinaloa and got his career back in order with a very credible win against Vasquez. I'm very surprised his body hasn't shown much more wear and tear because you're right, his mileage is extremely high. Hopefully he has a few more years left in him.

That was a damn solid shot to the ear. Still not convinced that the dude isn't faking it though. He gets paid, keeps the title and gets to hit the bar early.

LOL Pac-Man is MIA.

Wait, Manny wouldn't fight before the basketball game ended?

Nope, I don't exactly get what you're hinting at but here goes a fact: Fernando Montiel's brother is his conditioning coach and the guy bulked up in no time. So maybe he has a "special supplement" that helped revive his career?

He is really MIA b/c he was watching the Eastern Conference Finals?

W...T...F

Is Pacquiao going loco?

Manny should just come out and yell FARK YOU LEBRON and charge Bradley swinging wildly. That would be hilarious.

My dad has shared more plane rides and hotels with Michael Buffer than he can recall. Fabulous, but not gay.

Thanks for the stream btw. And Pacquiao wandering off? What's going on? I'm watching Fatton and the brits talk.
