soopey: Supermarkets music in the 3 weeks before Christmas. You start making up alternative lyrics to Rudolph the Herpes Reindeer and Chesty Broads toasting on over an open bottle of wine.

Makes me think of the local 7-11 and the music on their TV displays - every time I hear it I think of the old Moon Patrol video game theme.

This is hockey this year. For some teams, they score better shorthanded than power play or even strength.

It was the Sterling Heights Salvation Army. Didn't see any others, unfortunately. First time I've ever seen any hockey jerseys at that one, so probably not worth your time.

This might be worth looking at, though:

I'd get a t-shirt, but I don't think I'd order a jersey from them. I loved the Vipers' logo as a kid, I thought it was the coolest thing.

Gawdzila: Primitive Screwhead: Gawdzila: Devils up by one on YET ANOTHER unlucky bounce off -- guess who -- Voynov. Sigh.
It's okay, Kings are undiscouraged, playing hard, and we've had lots of sustained pressure. The Devils can't survive forever on luck and goalposts.

LETS GO KINGS

I was at Staples for Game 4 (no ticket, just wanted to be in the crowd at L.A. Live) and met Hannah and Vanessa in person (took a picture with Vanessa, gotta get it off my friend's camera). They're both absurdly gorgeous, but there's just something about Hannah...

Protip: if you replace the 500 at the end of the URL with a 1280, you can usually get the image at its original resolution, as long as the user who posted it hasn't blocked that.

Doesn't work with those two, but it does work with vacuum chick from earlier.

Even golf and swimming?

Maybe not golfers. They're generally those rich farks who lack the physical courage for rugby union. But I wouldn't put much past our swimmers, there's a reason the Olympic selectors panicked and sent a couple home early just for posing with lethal weapons and it's not our gun laws . . .
