my official residence is Seattle at my parents house even though I am married and live where my husband lives (in the army) unless he is at war. My parents WILL be home. My dad is a farker but he's antisocial so he won't show up lol. Truly sad I won't get to meet you or any of the others though...

Thanks for the venue recommendation, RadioAaron. :) All Farkers are welcome - liters, and TFers past, present and future.

I'm driving in from the north end as well (Northgate/Shoreline area). There's street parking on the Hill, plus a public parking garage a block or two south (on either Mercer or Republican; can't remember).

It was a toss-up between this place and the Jolly Roger Taproom in Ballard. The taproom has beer only, but they also have beer-battered bacon on the menu, if anyone wants to plan a future Fark party.

The last time I took the 358 it was such a 'riot' I bought a car the next week. True story.
You haven't enjoyed life until a 'so all up in the koolaid you don't even know the flavor' individual gets thrown off the bus by strangers and gets his ass kicked while laying on the corner by the Blue video joint on Aurora, and a tranny hooker joins in, just because. Good times.

I lived right next to the Hwy 99 P&R in Edmonds, so was able to take the express to my gig downtown and back (via Snoho Co.'s Community Transit or whatever it's called.)

However, there were the occasions where I would miss the express buses home, and was forced to take the 358.

It really is Lord of the Farking Flies on that mess. Except the conch is likely a bucket of urine.
