I couldnt tell if the little black things flying through the air were grad caps or the roofs of houses 2 miles away. Make sure to guide yourselves down the bleachers with those metal railings. Be safe guys!

Nothing to worry about. That was probably a NYC storm. They roll over every now and then to spit some lightning and grumble, but know well enough to get back on their side of the bridge before causing any real trouble.

But you might really want to consider riding it out somewhere safer than an open area like that...

Machismo in action - I've seen it a hell of a lot of times, usually around outdoor sporting events. Thunderstorm approaches, lightning everywhere, people out in the open, one or two people say "this isn't a good idea" and get called pussies for their concern.

You won't catch me dead outside during a thunderstorm.
