If I were the owner of the Jets I think I'd go ahead and bench the guy until he can "be at full tempo like the rest of the guys and where they want us to be at," and I'd go ahead and dock his pay for leaving practice early. I can't see paying a guy a 7 figure salary and have him complain that I'm working him too hard.
