Don't you just hate those fly-by-night-contractors? They throw a building up and hope no one hits it with a car before the check clears.

I like how the truck driver backs up, like he's just gonna throw it back on his truck or something.

(I don't remember a house in this game, but I never got too far in it. I was more into Berzerker and Defender)

I can just hear Bill Paxton's voice saying "I think we're going iiiiiiiinnnnnn!" as their indestructible Dodge Ram barrels through a house and comes out without a dent.

I hope to find out later that the structure was a booth headed to a farmer's market, and that the demo pilot is an old guy.

Seeing how beat and scratched up that truck was before it got sucked into the tornado, it makes me wonder if you saw the movie or not.

Funny headline and all, subby. But the car is still the one that hit the "house."

honestly looked like the house still had a good head of steam too, cause it was still sliding when the car passed through.

Russia is what happens when everybody in an entire country is drunk all the time.

Dashcams in Russia - this is the way people protect themselves from being shaken down by cops. Google it.

Actually there are stricter controls in the Russian Federation than in most places, almost anyplace in the US.

People routinely leave 12 hours before the bottle and the throttle for this reason and there is no such thing as "one and done" because the subjectivity of the cops that stop people is to simply smell your breath. Any alcohol and your on your way to jail or a fat bribe.

It's easy to critcise others' greenlights when you've never had one of your own, isn't it?

There are no complex structures like that, no. Only simple geometric solids. Sorry. You also can't drive into the volcano, or reach the mountains and find the tank factory that's not there, and there's no UFO mothership. Too bad, because all of that stuff would have been cool. But there's only so much you could cram onto an 8-biatchip in the early '80s.

It's probably because of a minor peculiarity in my vision (I have a slight deficiency of colour saturation, but increased sensitivity to light and motion), but I preferred the vector games like Battlezone, Asteroids, Tempest, and such. I liked Berzerk, and wasn't bad at it, but it got tedious after awhile. I never got good at Defender, but I liked watching other people play it.

I'll be damned. I never saw that even once. I must've played a lamer early cabinet.

Doing DUI stops in Russia sounds like writing speeding tickets at the Daytona 500.

/would hate to get stopped by Russian cops for *anything*.
