They are a comedy group, and most people get the joke. It's not like they hide it at all. Even so, they are better than most dance pop.

Everybody's heard Sexy and I know it. In interview they even say that its a joke and they just want to dance, drink, get with women, and have fun. They do not take themselves seriously one bit which makes me respect them a lot (along with their success in attaining their aforementioned goals). I understand being annoyed by their music, especially since its over played but that's not their fault. I don't think its all that bad considering its intended purpose and to be honest I still laugh at the Sexy and I know it song and video.

If you saw the Super Bowl M&M commercial with the "naked" M&M you've heard at least part of the song.

That is not good running technique. Swinging the arms across the body reduces momentum. Arms should be swung directly forward and back.
