The list is missing Gentleman Ghost.

I would love to see David Tennant as the Riddler.

I first read that as "Sideshow Bob curiously missing," which, if true, would be a devastating oversight.

NeedlesslyCanadian: After TDKR, I'm not even itching for a new Batman film. I think it's high time for a new live-action series. No Adam West camp, make it every bit as dark as its comic source material and stick it on a cable channel that'll do it justice--HBO, Starz, Showtime--whatever.

Have him spend the first season battling away at mobsters (heck, tackle Long Halloween as a season-long story arc), and end it with one of the crooks disfiguring the wonderful city DA Harvey Dent. In the second year deal with the 'escalation' theme that's in the current films--a 'freak' dresses up like a Bat, the city's villains become 'freaks' as well (not the least of which being Two-Face. Maybe introduce the Joker at this point. Have the Joker be captured, reduce him to a supporting character, and follow his story separately as a B- or even C-plot each week as he twists his Arkham therapist Dr. Quinzel into Harley Quinn, end that year with her breaking him out of Arkham. Spend another year dancing around with the two of them, only for Joker to murder Harley without a second thought in order to escape Batman. Continue adapting as you like. I especially loved the recent Night of the Owls event, that might be an interesting event to cap off an entire series with, providing you drop clues for it throughout the entire run of the show.

Triangle Man hates Batman. He hates a lot of people, actually. Triangle man's kind of a dick.
