I like the part where she says she pushed another woman out of her way when she was running out of the bank. Way to go, coward!

That's what he said.

She certainly sounds like the kind of person you want around in an emergency.

Nice. Her saving her own ass caused someone else to get carjacked.

"Then, they arrested me, and they said, 'You're the one that stole a stolen car.' And I'm like, 'Oh my God, it was their car,'" Blanca said.
The FBI eventually cleared Blanca and said she was just a witness.
\

But she did steal a car. What would she have said if it wasn't the robbers' car?

Drove three miles?

She pushed another woman out of the way and stole the nearest car. Seems to me she should have stayed arrested.

What a crazy b.

Her friends need to walk into her house wearing a sky mask an put the resulting madness on Youtube, repeatedly.

"...and I threw a lady out of the way,"

stay classy you selfish piece of sh*t.

and how was she not arrested for car theft?

what if the car belonged to the lady she pushed out of the way? would that make her car theft excusable?

/sorry for her kids
//and more sorry for us that she has kids

This is the third time that has happened to her.

Uh huh.

She pushes someone to the ground and puts countless people in danger just to save her own skin. How is she not working on wall street?

I don't think a jury would convict her.

Furthermore, she's not guilty of auto theft, just joyriding.

So she completely freaks out and acts like a coont putting others in danger in the name of self preservation but then plasters her face all over the news talking about how she screwed up the violent thugs plan... who are still at large... and she mentions she has children.

Genius!

Her actions terrified yet another person who was carjacked, I would like to hear his/her side of it.

"fell out of the car" Haha! Where's the security footage? What a stupid broad.

"The robbers ended up getting away, but police said they had to carjack someone to do it. Fortunately, that driver wasn't hurt - and neither was Blanca." I'm ok with Blanca getting hurt, I guess karma will get her.

I want to think that there's more to this, but then I remember a thread some time ago where someone's reaction was on the extreme side for something really trivial.

I wish I could find her FB page so I can add her and harras, I mean get to the bottom of this.

Could've gotten that person killed - THEN would she have been arrested?

It's a good thing that person wasn't killed, but I have a feeling she would not accept any blame had that happened, nor lost much sleep over it. However, I believe Blanca was poorly raised, and as a result has spent her entire life making bad decisions. She will continue to make bad decisions because that's all she knows, her level of intelligence has been stunted at probably age 13. This biatch will continue to live her life and blame others for all the bad things that happen to her, so rest assured that this lady's life will contain non stop karma. Not the big karma, but little slices every day for the rest of her life.

I can't tell if you're trolling or just a teenager. Let me assure you dumbass, if you jump in someone else's car and take off, you are guilty of auto theft.

Is this the woman?

Two things bother me about this: first, how come any time someone cowers for their safety they always use the excuse "I have kids" are they trying to make us believe that if they didn't have kids they would have been the hero?

And second, how useless do you have to be to completely loose all sense of thought in a crisis other then "everyone else be damned I need to get to safety"

I mean seriously. Yes being around agitated people with guns is unnerving, hell I've come out of houses I was working on twice this year to have 3 or 4 cops throw me to the ground with guns in my face (I'd rather have a criminal do it then a cop because at least the criminal will just take my cash and leave where as the cop will lecture me for 2 hours about how I should have called him before I started working)

"And it was just going through my mind - 'my children, my children.'"

Translation: "My children, my children! I wish they were here so that I would have a couple of human shields to aid in my escape!"

I can't think of a single reason why I would "jump into the nearest car" if I were trying to escape a bank robbery. Run away? Maybe. Steal a car? Probably not...

2012-06-05 05:15:02 PM
OK, so we all agree that this woman is a poor excuse for a human being. What about the bank robbers, though? Who leaves their get-away car running without a driver?

2012-06-05 07:26:26 PM
It seems like a bad idea to put her name and face all over the place when she caused some big problems for bank robbers. I think in that circumstance I would want to remain as anonymous as possible.

Loren: Furthermore, she's not guilty of auto theft, just joyriding.

When you're caught joyriding, you still get charged with "Taking Without Consent". Most places, you have to return the car within 24 hours for that to apply. If you don't return it, or if you are caught while driving in it, you can still be charged with auto theft.

I'd charge them all with auto theft. It shouldn't be a decision from the judge/jury about what your purpose was, you stole someones car, you took off with it, you should get busted. Most of the time people that joyride tear up the car, and while they have it, the owner of the car has to do without, which may mean missing work and such. Fark the thief.

In this particular case, I probably wouldn't charge her, due to extenuating circumstances. But she does sound like a biatch. She didn't know it was the bank robbers. If it hadn't been, someone else may have run out of the bank trying to get away from them and found her stealing their car. And she knocked someone else on the ground to get out the door. Everything about her screams "stupid biatch".

rkettens: I can't tell if you're trolling or just a teenager. Let me assure you dumbass, if you jump in someone else's car and take off, you are guilty of auto theft.

While I agree with you, the law see's it differently. Joyriding is against the law, but it's "Taking without consent" not "auto theft".

"[Follow Up] Woman that stole bandits' stolen car found to be scout and 'gitaway driver that got cold feet." ?

It's a bank. Banks have camera's all over. If she was an account holder in the bank and bolted, knocking people down like she said, then "She was the getaway driver" sounds incredibly unlikely.
