Stupid cats can't even walk correctly.

2012-06-04 09:24:18 AM
I can't imagine what happens when they try to settle in for a stint in the litter box.

Easy there, buddy. It's probably two cats who are recovering from anesthesia after a normal procedure like getting them fixed. No need to get yourself worked into a lather over it.

That was farking hilarious and quit being whiny little babies. Have you ever been anesthetized? There's a reason the nurses tell you not to get up an walk around right after you come to. You'd have the same reaction as these cats. Other than the side effects, it looks like they are healthy and are being give food and have a roof over their heads, so quit your biatching.

I worked in a vet clinic in high school. The vets used to have puppet shows with the anesthetized dogs.

/not the euthanized ones, that would be sad

Hungry kitties.
What did they anesthetize them with, a bong?

subby here. obviously the owner cares enough to have given then proper medical attention, and food. plus, if animals eat after a medical procedure, that usually means they feel ok. just a bit woozy.

i laugh at your outrage.

Yes, I understand it is two cats recovering from perfectly normal anesthesia. That does not change a ****** thing. Anyone who finds that even faintly amusing has some serious psych issues and needs professional help.

I'm surprised that there still are vets using anesthesia that affects animals like that after surgery. I remember bringing my three oldest cats home from when they were fixed and they were much like that. The oldest was so out of it, he peed on my lap while still groggy, as if his bladder got full and he couldn't help it. My two youngest cats and the dog were just fine shortly afterward.

It's not anesthesia. Those cats have a medical condition and that's how they are all the time. They were born that way and kudos for the owner for letting these little furry guys live a good life.

If that video is infuriating to you, I have a feeling that Fark might not be the best place for you. For the sake of your own health, you may want to consider another website. Personally, I don't mind you, but I think Fark will either give you a heart attack or cause you to stroke out.

I had a cat with vestibular feline disease that acted kind of like that for about a week. The vet couldn't find anything wrong, and it got better after about 10 days or so.

I never understand people who can say blanket statements like that. There are so many different kinds with so many different personalities, how can you possibly know that you hate ALL cats?

Whenever I hear someone say that I away put them in my "narrow minded" file. I picture them in the same category as people who say "I hate Jews" or "I hate Ni__ers"

The mentality always seems the same:

They are so sneaky (some are some aren't)
They are all greedy (some are some aren't)
They can't be trusted (some can, some can't)

If they said they hate cockroaches, this I understand (I even understand the people who have the giant cockroaches as pets) because there are so many real reasons to detest them.

Otherwise I have to say to blanket haters...you are so shallow and narrow minded!

If that is for surgery, i have to wonder what the hell they're drugging them with. Never seen a cat that screwed up after getting neutered.

My 17 year old kitty had some surgery last week, and I was told not to let him eat or drink until he wasn't groggy anymore...concern over choking. I put him up onto the bed near his favorite pillow, which he trundled over to much like the kitties in the video, sat down and promptly rolled off the side of the bed.
