That looks like a wonderful place for my Buoyancy Operated Aquatic Transport or BO-AT.

It's a bit outside the Tri-state Area though...

Okay, I'm lacking a sense of scale. How wide is that lane? And is that a dry dock system?

When I see cold war era sites listed for sale I try to envision a new commercial use. I think this site might work for over wintering yachts and doing maintenance on the really big 1%er owned bastards.

Paul Allen would be a good potential buyer.

Paul Allen has got a secret submarine base in downtown Seattle. You didn't really think that South Lake Union stuff was really about condos did you?

Marina is one obvious application.

What about some kind of aquaculture setup to raise shrimp, eels, or crabs in? Or some species of fish? The dimensions of the space might work well with a mechanically-based automated harvesting system.

I have to imagine your career as a supervillian would be pretty short if NATO had your lair's exact location and detailed blueprints to the place.

If I bought that place, I'd shave my head right after closing on the place.

Wow, want. That's 121,500 Sq ft of office space. Imagine turning this into luxury condos with some office or retail space. I'm guessing that there are personnel elevators and freight elevators going to the sub levels. If so, people could take the lift down to their yacht. It doesn't say how much slippage is in the 255,000 sq ft underground, but it would make for a nice wet and dry slip area. It almost certainly has bridge cranes down there to hustle boats around, regardless of size. I'm guessing that the entry is at least 20 feet wide to accommodate modern subs. I bet that there is a turn around are to accommodate a sub 200 feet long.

Need to have a garage sale and buy this....

Will they show me the last three month's electric bills? And I'd like to have Mike Holmes inspect the place if you don't mind.

CSB time: I met Mike Holmes at a bar in Saskatoon a few years ago. He is a big dude and was very nice willing to talk with whoever walked up to him.

Ok fine it's not a CS but I just wanted to feel important since I met someone on TV.
