Kurmudgeon: Shakes999: Something about that organ just sounds like nails on a chalkboard. Then I watched "The Doors" and now I just loath them( more specifically Jim Morrison). Drives me nuts cause my buddies all think hes a dead god.

Preach it brother, I was alive when all the girls were swooning for the loser.
I wish he had lived so he could become fat and obviously worthless like Axel Rose, his soul child.

I wasn't around in his heyday, but when I was in college my roommate had a shrine setup to Jim Morrison and read his poetry religiously. He'd listen to the Doors by lighting a stick of incense and listen with his head in his hands intently.

shiat like that makes me hate anything popular, people at the threshold of outright worship.

Wow, I can't believe how good Val Kilmer looked back then.
