According to state court records, Bruss was convicted of driving while intoxicated once in 2002 and twice in 1999.

This guy needs to be removed from both the roads and the ice permanently

Runing into a wall? Personally, I find using the Magic 8 Ball to be as good and it's a lot easier to clean up after.

The cops pull whatever charge out of their ass if there's nothing obvious, and the activist courts take care of the rest. Thanks to MADD, etc., pretty much anything you do on any motorized device while intoxicated can be prosecuted as DUI/OWI - even if it's on your own property.

They had to throw the book at him. What if he had been able to get the Zamboni off the ice, smash out the door and rampage down the main drag at 5mph? Think of the children!!

I think he got the DUI because he admitted, after blowing a 0.32, that he drove his personal vehicle to the rink.

Some Roman emperor established the trend of using public money to finance spectator events and nobody has come up with a better idea since then. The venues are all public property...mostly.

If it's absolutely necessary that my tax dollars build the palaces ego-maniacal 'roid pumped morons make their obscene salaries in the least they can do is let me see a lion shred their asses to bloody crap once in a while.
