Ok so she got a ticket for 90...... go to court and fight the dam thing and if you loose whoop dee do, but when in the hell does it become a good idea to go after the cop. I can see maybe if you are going to jail or something but a farking speading ticket

One crazy biatch

I wouldn't mind ramming some of the lady cops I've seen. Oh wait..

2003-11-08 03:19:54 AM
Apparently she wasn't in too much of a hurry. I mean if she could take the time to ram his car and go to jail and all...

2003-11-08 07:00:36 AM
Wow, talk about a lack of self-control... what an animal. She must be great in the sack.

2003-11-08 07:04:06 AM
True, luvnuriko, but I'll bet beyond that, we're talking one helluva PMS problem outside the sack!!

I don't remember meeting any cute cops. I was questioned by a hot young DIA investigator once, but didn't seize the opportunity. ("Yes, I'll answer all your questions. In my bed, tonight.")

Wonder if it was her car?

2003-11-08 07:37:27 AM
I know I'm going to start a flamewar here, but this woman deserves a tag. Just the very concept of speeding tickets disgusts me.

2003-11-08 07:45:21 AM
I'd be pissed if I got pulled by a Hampton cop. They drive baby-blue police cars... sooo cute...

2003-11-08 07:47:05 AM
after all the times i've seen cops breaking the speed limit i can understand how she feels, but i wouldn't want to go to jail for the sake of revenge.

2003-11-08 07:52:04 AM
Assault with a car? Yeah, I'd say that's sufficient reason to warrant a good pistol-whipping, at the very least. The fact that the cop in question had enough restraint to not empty his revolver into this dumb biatch gives him the Hero tag in my book.

2003-11-08 07:58:57 AM
"Right" or not.

Cops are still tards.

2003-11-08 08:13:09 AM
What an idiot. Only pro sport players can get away with something like that. *COUGH*RandyMoss*COUGH*.

Perhaps she thought President Bush was riding shotgun in the patrol car?

Just a thought.

2003-11-08 08:29:35 AM
Red0ct0ber - the concept of speeding tickets disgust you? So, what, you want to end up in an accident every time you drive because people drive along at whatever speed they want to?

I mean, articles like this just show what dumbasses people are. Do you really want them going along however fast they feel?

There's a reason we have the word "hysteria."

2003-11-08 09:08:16 AM
I'm betting that she works for PETA, they are pretty much in the same place, right? Hampton, VA? That would explain everything. Worst of all however, is the fact that I live very close to both of them... Oh woe to the students of W&M.

2003-11-08 09:09:11 AM
I think everyone is completely missing the point, the real victim here is the red Mazda. I love red! Red is my favorite color! Mazda's aren't my favorite car, but stop making me lose my focus here I had a good point ... umm .. nevermind.

2003-11-08 09:11:06 AM
Should it not be hersteria?

mumbles to self and moves along

2003-11-08 09:25:40 AM
SenorDiablo - The actual PETA building is in Norfolk. Which is like 15 minutes from Hampton. If there ever was a building that needed a plane full of Muslim extremists looking for their virginis in it...

2003-11-08 09:32:20 AM
obbop - that's just bad (=

2003-11-08 09:32:30 AM
And this after a few officer involved shootings in the past couple weeks, including one today in James City County. She is lucky this cop wasn't a little trigger happy.

2003-11-08 09:34:16 AM
NO no no. If she wants to get out of a speeding ticket, she's supposed to ram her face into the troopers crotch!

2003-11-08 10:05:11 AM
Does "Anger Management" work for women? Just asking.

I'm a woman, so don't flame me.
For the gender part of it, anyway.

2003-11-08 10:26:32 AM
If I saw this incident, I'd be going to jail too, for trying smacking the woman. Hopefully I'd get to see the police report too, so I could kill her after I got out.

2003-11-08 10:42:26 AM
Maybe she wasn't so much driving a red miata as riding a red pony.

Maybe she was out on a day pass?

20 years old - about the time you might see latent onset schizophrenia or manic/depressive start displaying itself.

2003-11-08 10:49:02 AM
Come on, I doubt she intentionally rammed it, she was probably just talking on her cell phone, on the way to the mall, and accidentally drove right into it or something. Sheesh. Women.

This needs a Hero tag....fuk tha popo

2003-11-08 11:01:52 AM
A more appropriate way to make everyone happy would have been to accept the ticket, acknowledge the law, then go to your doctor and get an excuse saying she has a medical condition that prevents her from driving the speed limit. Automatic dismissal in court. Works for me all the time in seat belt violations.

2003-11-08 11:10:50 AM
hero tag all da way

2003-11-08 11:26:58 AM
Oh, so none of you have ever wanted to run into a cop car before? I do whenever I pass one. Or pass any car. Or a truck, boat or hydrofoil. As a matter of fact, how the hell do I have my licence?

2003-11-08 11:27:18 AM
I will bet that:
1. The car was purchased and insured by her parents,
2. She has never worked a day in her little life,
3. and that this is just another example of how parents are raising a generation of spoon-fed babies who are unable to deal with the real world.

BTW, I fall into the same age group as this shining member of society, and I know that I would never do that with a car that I had paid for.

2003-11-08 11:41:46 AM
so, the crazy biatch farked her car so she can go to jail?_? logic doesn't compute.....

Pretty bad move. Should have just got the badge number and name. Private homes aren't too hard to find once you have a persons name. Flattening the tires of the cops car and spray-painting "Hope it was worth it" across said car in the middle of the night in his driveway makes for some nice revenge. Not that I've ever done this mind you. Should you choose to attempt this, use discretion. Polite cops don't bother me but power trip cops do.

2003-11-08 11:52:39 AM
Yet one more reason that women just shouldn't be allowed to drive.

2003-11-08 12:50:19 PM
Sounds like something off of "Reno 911".
I would like to see the video if the cop car was equipped

2003-11-08 12:54:10 PM
20 yr old from Virginia, huh? If she was W. Virginia, she would probably be a 20 year old incestual girl w/ no teeth, smells horrible, and w/ Cletus' child on the way. She also thought the ticket was to make her go to school to turn words into "those squiggly things"

Got Nothin'

Sauce

Interesting.

Whoever owns the car is out of luck, because insurance doesn't pay for intentional damage. It may pay for the result of your drunkenness or stupidity, but once you deliberately hit somebody it comes out of your pocket.

"He should be commended on his restraint"

He was just doing his job as he was supposed to, using the minimum amount of force appropriate to the situation. Up here the cops shoot people who try to ram into them.

Well, as a police officer, yeah, I guess he "just did his job as he was supposed to" (if you really want to downplay the extent of a police officer's responsibilities as "just" doing their job).

But, as a human being, he should be commended on his restraint. Just about anyone (including me), if they ever had something similar to that happen to them, and then got a good free shot at the asshat would have gleefully taken advantage of that opportunity, most likely to the most creative and fun extreme imaginable.

The fact that he had enough self composure to not put the smackdown on this biatch is commendible, not because he's a cop, but because he's also human.

You can bet her insurance is gonna go through the roof.
Average is $3000 "adjustment" (Insurance co. gouge)in total for each incident. Tthis would be a total over the 4 years or so the higher rates would be in effect. So if the insurance counts each of the 4 incidents, that's $12,000.

She's better get a bus pass..or a bike!

2003-11-08 02:49:42 PM
I can't believe I'm the first to say it:

She's from the South, so why didn't she just say "Hello, Officer--- how are you?" and bat some eyelashes? It would have just been easier on everybody

has never gotten a ticket.

Her insurance rates might not be affected because the crash was not an "accident" covered by insurance.

But insurance won't be an issue because she's going to be walking for a while. Most states require a driver's license suspension for any felony involving a motor vehicle.

Jay

No question he showed a lot more restraint than most cops. I just wish the ritual beating or shooting weren't so common that we need to commend those who break tradition.

2003-11-08 03:39:24 PM
Perhaps she was pissed off that the cop asked for her license and registration and then called her a *ahem* chickenfarker.
