Ohmagawd I would kick that drain cover until it straightened out

7 and 14, I'd move out.

The M/W with the roomie note? He'd move out. FFS.

19 made me grin when I saw the misplaced tile. I could live with that and I could fix it too.

Oddly enough, only #2 really bothered me. The rest just made me think, "Ha ha, stupid people can't bother to put things away neatly."

Is there such a thing as anti-ocd? Because if anyone seriously complained to m about the flaws in any of those I would probably only be able to respond with a quizzical dog look.

I know someone whose husband has OCD and has burned off all of the skin on his back through chemical treatments to remove the germs he believes are there. He had an implant put in his brain to stop the compulsion, which is apparently working enough so that he's not blowing $1,000/mo. on Bactine

So, in the grand scheme of things, I think most of us can just let the out of place tile slide.

2012-06-02 09:22:20 PM
I see what they did there on #4.

And most of those pissed me off.

2012-06-02 09:22:29 PM
Those pencils. Those pencils aren't right.

Why won't someone fix them?

Backwards/forwards/upside down/sharpened/not sharpened/not aligned.

Way too many things wrong.

Me go crazy.

/damn pencils
//I can quit any time

video man: I see what they did there on #4.

It's a test to see if the medication is actually working.

2012-06-02 09:28:55 PM
#15 would make me enter extra time every time I was done with the microwave.

2012-06-02 09:38:00 PM
The tiles would drive me nuts. The "to do list" was hilarious.

Curse you.

I didn't consider myself OCD until I looked at those. If I had to look at things like those tiles day after day, I'd probably develop some unhealthy rage issues.

2012-06-02 10:23:31 PM
Those all drive me nuts. Short trip.

2012-06-02 10:26:36 PM
I guess my OCD isn't as bad as I thought because most of those didn't piss me off. The pseudophedrine pissed me off though. I actually said to the computer 'Oh come on! Who does that?'

Chariset: Oddly enough, only #2 really bothered me. The rest just made me think, "Ha ha, stupid people can't bother to put things away neatly."

I can't see what's wrong with #2. What am I missing?

2012-06-02 10:40:31 PM
The Fritos one was the only one I didn't get right away. People get that upset over which side of the bag they choose to open?

2012-06-02 10:42:35 PM
They should have titled it "20 Things..." and stuck an unfetchable image in the middle somewhere.

2012-06-02 10:43:56 PM
I found the condiments annoying from a logistical point of view. THAT would fark with a stocker: 'Hmm, squeeze bottles, upside down, right? One, two, three, four, OMG, what's goin on here?!

The clip isn't centered.

2012-06-02 10:47:25 PM
None of those pissed me off. In fact, I've pulled a few of those on OCD roommates and girlfriends over the years.

But they should have called it "Twenty things..." then just listed 19

And the sticker is crooked.

I'm not even OCD and most of those pissed me off.

Is OCD a real thing? Of all the things in the world to drive you nuts you're worried about simple arrangements?

Pat Tillman's family says,"F*ck you!"

If I saw number 15, I'd make it a point to constantly leave the microwave with time left on the timer, and I don't even use the break room at work. I'd go out of my way just to annoy that person.

MY BRAIN IS CRAWLING OUT MY EARS AAAGH PUT IT BACK PUT IT BACK

2012-06-03 01:54:06 AM
so if i check the last box, indicating that i did the last task, i didn't do that last task, so i erase it, but then I did the last task. we got a conundrum here people.

2012-06-03 01:55:15 AM
Uggh, the microwave thing. Every. damn. day. at.work. I try and use the microwave and none of the buttons work because it still thinks it's on 'pause'. That, or someone doesn't latch the door all the way and it throws an error.

I think it's my boss reheating his coffee. I'm gonna switch his to decaf so he can feel my wrath.

OCD and passive aggressive is a horrible combination.

2012-06-03 01:57:13 AM
The condiments were not ordered alphabetically.

2012-06-03 01:59:18 AM
Who really freaks out because time is left on a microwave? "Choose your battles", it might lead to a better quality of life. Or at least better handwriting.

My wife does that. She's pretty OCD otherwise, but give her pills in a blister pack and she'll pop 'em out completely at random and not think twice about it.

2012-06-03 02:01:03 AM
I have something like OCD. It's CDO. Actually, it's the exact same thing as OCD, but the letters are in the right order, LIKE THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO BE!

?I used to put 666 or 420 compulsivly on microwaves and peoples calculators as kind of a reverse ocd thing it bothered me they were blank.

Nor were they in roygbiv order

New OCD flavor for me this season: checking faucets for drips, 30-60 seconds at a time, both visually and by holding my hand underneath the spigot.

Old and busted: checking door locks.

/kinda sad

2012-06-03 02:07:54 AM
Why not 20 things? 20 fits. 20 is a nice, round, complete number. 19 is one short.

2012-06-03 02:08:40 AM
Argh, yes. My mother uses the microwave as a timer all the time, and thinks nothing of it, until someone needs to microwave something while she's baking. Then she'll leave extra time on there, so the clock function doesn't display, because who would ever want to tell the time by something that's right at eye level, huh?

I confess, sometimes I open the bag at the "wrong" end, but sometimes that end has a shallower crimp zone which makes for a faster, easier entry. But also because I'm strange.

Hahaha, I did NOT expect that response.

#20. My roommate. But he pays his rent on time, so I can live with it.

2012-06-03 02:14:53 AM
I'm only annoyed by the fact that 3 and 9 are basically the same issue.
And the fact that I looked at this boring thing at all.
Do people really care about this crap?

19 is a prime number.

Does anybody really care about anything?

I have yet to find a majority of my acquaintances that care about the same thing.

We had sheets of peel-off labels at work, and it used to drive one of my co-workers nuts that I didn't use them in the correct order. I would just put my hand down at random, and whatever label the pen was on, I'd fill that one out.

I would have to buy a marker and whiteout and fix this. That or pry the tiles up and swap them.

2012-06-03 02:18:59 AM
The condiments need to be in stoplight order!!
Now.
Right now.
