Well on top of the lawyer just throwing out accusations, why is he trying this case in public? And maybe the good doc should know better than to be alone with a babysitter.

Babysitter Mom can claim anything she wants, we weren't there, we don't know what took place.

Seems odd a successful doctor / husband-dad is suddenly going to lose it and go all giggity. Peoples behavior is usually long term, predictable, known. A guy doesn't hit say age 45 and suddenly flip the script - at least not usually.
