It would be cool if a plot point in TDKR is a flashback where Bruce Wayne was filming like a Drakkar Noir commercial, and Bane gets in his sight line by accident, Bruce Wayne goes on a tirade and emotionally scars the man that would become the monster Bane.

I think the should do it as a cable TV series and make it like The Wire. And instead of Batmsn/Bruce Wayne as the central character, tell the story through Jim Gordon's point of view. Call it "Gotham City".

Apparently during batman begins filming he laid down the quote 'It's hard, dark, sweaty, and it gives me a headache'. And then the wardrobe department made shirts for everyone with that quote.

His comic book work is fantastic. The Dark Knight Returns, Ronin, Year One, His work on Daredevil, Elektra Assasin...some of his work in that field is legendary.

Movies, not so much.

His comic book work in the 80s is legendary. Even the 90s.

But Frank Miller has been a hack the late-90s.

/plus, he wrote Robocop 2 and 3, so make of that what you will.
