And then dogs with bees in their mouths to keep the sheep population down.

So when they bark they shoot bees at you.

2012-05-28 09:06:15 PM
Plus, they're all pretty tasty.

2012-05-28 09:07:17 PM
Emus will eat the kids, so it should also keep class sizes low.

Sheep have long been used to keep the grass short. Also to find unexploded mines.

Smoked emu is pretty tasty. Senior pranks are about to get more filling.

And just think of the fantastic pranks that could be done by the graduating classes.

What an 'enhanced educational' sheep position might look like...

file009.bebo.com

How you gonna keep 'em down on the farm, once the sheep are 'stumped trained'?

Of course, here in the deep south, we just slip their rear legs into our boots.

My school kept sheep for this reason.

I'm slightly surprised to hear that it's not common, because it should be.

Why does it make them smoke less weed? I guess you don't need to do it as much when you can put your penis inside of an alpaca which does feel pretty spectacular.

Sheep and alpacas are natural enemies. Alpacas are known to gang up on sheep and stomp them to death. The emus are there to protect the sheep is my guess.

The county I live in just inked a deal with a sheep farmer to pasture a herd at the land fill. Saves them over $5000 for the summer in mowing costs.

I wish they'd do this with more areas, really; I realize some mowing is necessary but other than on golf courses and parks, it irks me to see huge swaths of chemically treated grass with nothing else growing in it... and it has NO use beyond 'looking nice'. Like what they do around giant corporate offices or factories that aren't in cities, that sort of thing. They really don't need 1000+ acres of lawn, yet they have it anyway.

I live around there. I wanna go check out their alpacas now.

There's a farm with alpacas up the road from my house, out in bumblefark, some woods, mostly fields. There's a big sign on the fence around the alpacas that says "NOT DEER!" that always makes me chuckle.

According to the article it is just one emu named Russell. He was already a pet that they placed with the sheep and I think the sheep and alpacas are fence seperately. It mentioned each group has a half of the field.

The only reason I'm even aware of emu's is because of three letter crossword puzzle clues that I didn't know.

Only if the fence is broken and they get into the barley fields.

Reminds me of the time they ruled that tomato sauce on school lunch pizzas counted as a fruit/vegetable.

I don't know what they thought, that tomato sauce was actually made from tomatoes, or that tomatoes were actually fruit/vegetable. Retarded either way.

Idiots will shoot at almost anything in hunting season, especially brown quadrapeds.

It won't do any good. Most hunters can't read.

So, after seeing this picture a few times, I decided to Google it and see what the hell it was.

I've now watched it ten times and I'm still not sure.
