danielscissorhands: The obvious answer is that this was caused by gayness. If we don't stop the gays, they will eat our faces off. Gay marriage is merely a plot to de-face us.

You'll never know how much I needed that lol.

The one I remember was even worse. A guy riding the bus decided it would be a good idea to cut the passenger in the seat next to him's head off and munch on it. At least the guy in Miami lived. BTW the incident I mentioned happened in Canada.

There's four more cases of this?

LeroyBourne: FTA: "It's one of the most gruesome things I've ever seen in my life in person," he told the station.

You think? Enjoy years and years of therapy.

I saw it too actually...VERY sick indeed...think the lady that had her face ripped off by the chimpanzee but much worse.
If this is a new type of drug that made that man do this, "resist death and growl" at the officer...then it truly is what we were told about certain zombies!
Still waiting for him to wake up hungry.

danielscissorhands: Also, from the article:

Sean Newell wrote on the popular sports blog, Deadspin: "This kind of crazy only happens in Florida."

Perhaps he has forgotten about another such incident...

Dahlmer lived here..remember they suspected him of taking and killing Adam Walsh. So did Ted Bundy and Aileen Wurnos, David Gore and several others...its a melting pot of murder!

Zombie was a black dude.

I'm shocked. This kind of crazy is usually reserved for whitey.

The only "bath salts" around me are sold as "legal" pot. Several people have described what can only be psychosis.

/confused about LSD or pot thing.

Yes, and the guy who did it just got out on a day pass.

He cut his head off because he thought he was an alien. He's a paranoid schizophrenic. But now he's on medication, and apparently a lot less crazy.

I read about that, he thought his victim was an alien, and of course the most obvious thing to do when you are seated next to an alien is to chop off its head and then start eating bits of it. I reckon even being a "lot less crazy" is not going to get him to the world of normal.

One thing I have noticed about paranoid schizophrenics is that they are also the most reluctant people in the world when it comes to staying on their medication. Some schizophrenics are not violent, but the ones that have been violent in the past I would never trust ever again.

Putting internal organs burning and drug use into google only gets me back to this story. I think maybe the cops are making shiat up to reinforce their war on drugs.

In an imperfect world, eventually everyone has to skip a dose of their daily medicine. Occasionally they're even forced to, by overly competitive co-workers hoping to win the promotion by making their colleague reveal their dependency on drugs, by well-meaning friends who think the mental condition has to have been "cured" by now and they need to get their friend to stop wasting money on pills, even by random strangers who will steal others' medicine bottles for the lulz.

Like many mental illnesses, paranoid schizophrenia is violently self-reinforcing. Once it kicks in, the patient will do literally ANYTHING to avoid taking more medicine, and almost anything to keep other people from finding out they aren't actually taking it. Eventually the mental imbalance results in sufficiently violent behavior that medication can legally be forcibly administered, but only after the paranoid schizophrenic had hurt or killed someone.

/so yeah, smart thing to do is stay away from schizos with a history of violence
//survival isn't politically correct, but somehow it remains popular

OK, calm down people.

We all know "it was a bad person, on drugs".

I read an article by a doctor who would sample various medications, so he'd know what patients are being put through.

Regarding anti-psychotics and other meds that schizophrenics take, he remarked that he understood why so many people go off of them, and why they would say things like "I feel more sane when I'm not taking them." Basically, from what I recall (it's been a while), sensory perception and thought processes felt like they were filtered through a pillow. Ugh.
