If they hadn't mentioned it was a rabbit, I'd have guessed it was some sort of Armadillo from that picture. Also, kinda of odd to hear about a species of rabbit being 'rare', do they fark like pandas?

Just found it on youtube, and kind of surprised to see it's a cautionary tale about overpopulation, at least so far.
