My respect for him just nosedived if he really truly believes that he is in "love" for the first time. I think all the drugs he did permanently impaired his cognitive abilities -- or he already has Alzheimer's/dementia.

But dudes are simpler. There is nothing to this chick except her perceived age. She offers nothing, she brings nothing to the table. She is a groupie. But that works for dudes.
