And the username "The Giant Zombie of Zaku" will be taken by someone in 3...2..

J. Frank Parnell: And the username "The Giant Zombie of Zaku" will be taken by someone in 3...2..

So, going off-topic here, how often do you suppose it's happened that two people have chosen very similar usernames? In this case, the situation would be where one person chooses "The Giant Zombie of Zaku" and the other chooses "Giant Zombie of Zaku", no "The". I have noticed at least one real case of that here: "Weaver95" vs. "Weaver". So what's to stop someone from deliberately registering the username of an already well-known Farker only with a subtle, easily-missed difference, like an extra dot or an extra space?

There's nothing to stop people from registering similar names; but generally, if you're Fark-famous, people know the name and they'll notice an impostor.

I've seen that happen on other sites. It's super funny/annoying, depending on how much of an ass you are...

I think I'm going to register the name "Toshiru Mifune's Letter Opener" and see what happens.
