I'd watch it. The premise hits all my geek buttons.

Can't read article at work, but I just wanted to say: fark J. P. Morgan for screwing over Tesla. The world would be a better place had the tables been turned.

The ages don't really line up. Tesla was born about 40 years before Lovecraft. It would be like having Generals Sherman and Teddy Roosevelt together. Cool pic though.

This is the awesomest thing ever.
If SyFy were to actually do something this awesome, my respect for that network would rise all the way from "less than zero" to "more than zero."

I did, but then the Repairer of Reputations made everything much better.

I thought this was real and got excited....

Until it becomes real, you'll just have to watch Sanctuary to see Lightning Vampire Tesla and Jack the Ripper team up.

Are space and time really obstacles for either of Tesla or Lovecraft's fictionalized personae?

While I agree in spirit, JP wanted Tesla to build him a radio tower to compete with Marconi, as I understand it, but Tesla lied to him, and took his money to fund inductive power transfer and 'free energy' experiments. Would you really expect more funding at that point? Hell, I'd have cut him off, too.

Exactly what I came here to say.

You know what's even better than Tesla and Lovecraft teaming up? Tesla's robotic son facing off against Cthulu over the course of a hundred years.

(seriously, Atomic Robo is the best)
