Lost a little faith in Fark last week when everyone exclaimed Timebandits was the greatest time travel movie. I watched it afterwards and I have to say it was a good movie for awhile, but took a huge dive at the whole time of legends and so forth. I think people had a huge nostalgia factor on their rating.

This list seems legit though.

Thanks to Amazon Prime, I'm working through "Doctor Who" right now. Fun little show. And odd as it is to notice this, I love the episode titles.

So then what would happen if you fapped in the TARDIS? Would you exist in all points of space-time simultaneously and turn into some kind of lizard, then mate with your helmsman?

So if #1 in that article were to be believed, Gianna Michaels would be responsible for a mass time exodus.

Well, Amy and Rory did the deed in the TARDIS and Amy was worried the baby would have a "space head". But in fact their offspring just turned out to be a Time Lord killing machine.

Yes, they do, actually. Several serial, mostly from Tom Baker's era.

The list of what Netflix has:
The Aztecs
The Mind Robber
Spearhead from Space
The Three Doctors
Carnival of Monsters
The Green Death

The Ark in Space
Pyramids of Mars
Horror of Fang Rock
The Ribos Operation
The Pirate Planet
The Androids of Tara
The Power of Kroll
The City of Death
The Visitation
The Caves of Androzani
The Curse of Fenric

That's the chronological order, by the way. The one's I've bolded are my favorites that Netflix has.

Nice to see a reference to Callahan's, but I wonder if the article writer grokked it.

He should have brought up Al Phee, or the Meddler

i loved time bandits as a kid. watching it now is just painful. the movie doesn't hold up at all. sad really because I remember the film being so much better than it actually is.

/The Gate II suffers that same fate. Not that The Gate was much better... but it had cooler heavy metal nonsense.

Me too.. always looked forward to it. Lucky thing, there being so many hay piles spread out through history to land on.

Also of interest to noone but me - the car my dad drove at the time? A Dodge Omni.

It's very clear that the author of TFA didn't do much actual reading of the Callahan book. Seems more like someone told him about them and he picked one at random and he skimmed through it for the article.
