Fetuses do not belong in the trash. (That's just ASKING for some Operation Rescue member to go dumpster-diving for Attention Whoring Material.)

Fetuses, if they're not to be given a proper burial or disposed of as medical waste, belong in an approved Babyquarium^TM, preferably atop a small baby grand piano. ONE WOULD THINK YOU KNOW THIS BY NOW :D
