Where do they put the anchor?

It has a 6-speed transmission with 1 forward gear.

The Batmobile was a Corvette convertible with some ricer body panels.

That looks like a fun drive. Can I put it on a wishlist in my profile, or does that only work for hot farkettes?

Or you could just get an actual Batmobile.

I bet a smart car or a mini could drive closer to the Batmobile. If you knew where it was, that is.

How do you drive Polish supercar?
Slowly

I'm sure it follows all safety standards.

I got a headache reading that article. It wasn't even that it was written in British. There was something else about it. Like the flow was all wrong.

Eh, its actually not that ambitious of a super car in terms of the underpinnings. As they point out it is a tubular steel frame (ie, basically "body on frame) then covered in carbon fiber panels etc. This is opposed to a unibody construction or the more exotic carbon fiber monocoque methods.

I'd be a lot more skeptical about the car falling apart if they weren't going with "old" technology. That said I doubt it'll have crumble zones/all the other safety features of a mainstream car.

Is that an automatic transmission?

Yes. Yes it is. And gods bless them for it. Do you ever see Batman palming a stickshift in one hand and backhanding the Joker with the other? Hell to the fark-motherfarking NO.

Graziano makes a variety of semi-automatic and dual clutch transmissions. For example they make the transmissions used in the Lamborghini Aventador (which is a semi-automatic). No idea which this uses.

well I like the sound of 'semi-automatic' but since these are Polish, I was kind of expecting they either put it in backwards or used a yugo automatic transmission....

This is a car, not a ship. The innovation of putting screen doors on naval vessels was the Polish shipbuilding industry's way of aiding our Soviet Big Brothers in their struggle against the West.

Dullam really did his research on building his Tumbler. Went and checked out one of the real movie cars to make sure his was accurate. Last thing I heard he was going to build out the interior to match the movie one. I imagine it's a pain in the ass with that strip that runs right down the center of the front windshield.

Evidently it can't be legally driven on the road though. That sucks.

In Polish supercar you are the airbags!

www.mirror.co.uk

Maybe this is a concept car. I hope it is because I don't even see seat belts!

I'm sure this car will be great until you take a turn too hot and slide into a hay bail. You will be the airbag, crumple zone, and the break away part ejected to reduce mass!

Why would you see seat belts from that angle?
