maq0r: I just want to say.

If you live in a TV show, stay inside a bunker during the summer, because that's when the airplane crashes, shooters serial murders, explosions, tsunamis, earthquakes, wars and the like happen.

Nothing else happens during the rest of the year, it's all peace, birds singing... come summer, WHAM catastrophe

In the UK it's Christmas where that happens.

Jadzia Dax?

KingoftheCheese: Jadzia Dax?

Cause of death: "Becker"

2012-05-19 04:13:35 PM

texdent: Ducky's possible death on NCIS?

Too soon? And he might not be actually dead (I think he is, personally)

Hurley's loud sobs on the beach at news of their demise were echoed in many a household.

*sigh*

Yeah, me, too.

Also, even though her "death" wasn't real, I was pretty upset when Gretchen killed Sara Tancredi on Prison Break.

Henry Blake is not #1 why?.

WTF not even on the list? When was this guy born?

Hell, who knows? McCallum's contract was extended so I'm thinking he'll be back in some other capacity. (GHOST DUCKY!)

That was an incredibly sad ending to that ep.....hope he's not dead.

Glad Agent Todd made the list. That quite literally gave me PTSD style flashbacks for a few days.

cchris_39: Henry Blake is not #1 why?.

There were a lot of good moments on that show....the way they handled Blake's death was one of the most poignant pieces of TV ever....the most beloved character on the show is dead, and all the guys can do is keep on working on the bodies in front of them without missing a beat. I generally get pretty "meh" when people scream about a list failing, but yeah, that was a BIG miss.

"Ivan"?

"Yes"?

"Did you see the sunrise this morning"?

"Yes, why"?

*BLAM*

Good call. I was really surprised he shot him.

That was such a wtf moment when it first aired. Sitting there in shock when you realize the the GOOD guy killed the really bad guy in cold blood and didn't take him into custody.

And no dvr to watch it again right away.

I totally watch Grey's Anatomy. I love it too. I don't even care if that makes you want to not be my friend. I don't want to be your friend either. So there.

I haven't finished watching it yet. I'm halfway through season 4, but I figured he would die.

There is a movie called Prison Break The Final Escape
watch that right after season 4
its important

No Ducky from this week's episode of NCIS? (granted, he may not be dead and just be pulling a Leo from West Wing)

for that matter, no Leo? That wasn't necessarily shocking as it was depressing as hell when they did the election night episode

ExperianScaresCthulhu: Galuf. I was mad. At least they didn't pull an Aeris, though, and the coming of Krile prevented the use of the reset button.

And to be fair, at least the group TRIES to save him instead of watching him die and then monologue.

That whole section was amazing.

I still won't watch the end of NCIS when Kate gets shot.

/yes, I know it is not real

No worries, friend. Spoilers don't bother me.

And I already have The Final Break in my DVD queue.

barneyfifesbullet: 3. TERRY CROWLEY (Reed Diamond), The Shield (2002)

Still the best one on this list.

Yes and it also made every other death on the show less shocking since you knew how ruthless Vic was from halfway through episode 1.

ontariolightning: suburbanguy: I have only seen 2-3 of those. Haven't even heard of a third of those shows. We don't all pay for HBO...

Not many people do pay for HBO

we buy the dvds and stream the episodes

I have a pretty decent collection
....
*Justified 1-2
No Ordinary Family 1-1
Boomtown 1
Survivor Seasons 1-15

But I don't drink or smoke or anything so I can afford these

Dude. I'd never heard of the show, and thought it would be cheesy. Netflixed anyway. Damn. I loved that show. I couldn't wait for the second season. Too late. Because I hadn't watched it on cable (and don't own cable), me and everyone else was the reason why the show was not renewed. A travesty.

/another one that was surprisingly worth watching: Sons of Tucson

Dumb-Ass-Monkey: JosephFinn: Fano: Chucko the Clown finding out what killed the dinosaurs?

That took me a second and then I laughed way, way too hard.

"Does anyone here know how the dinosaurs died? Chucko does."

such a great reaction, too - "Aw, phooey."

Speaking of dinosaurs.... does the series finale of 'Dinosaurs!' count?

I, too picked up on the show after it was on dvd.. entertained me a lot!
The season finale was great and it sucks so much that it will not be continued as the actors/actresses have moved on to other things

in fact Michael Chiklis is going to star in another show with Dennis Quaid
supposed to be a western.. cannot wait

I will be checking out Sons of Anarchy once I am caught up with Burn Notice
awesome show as well

Even though no one watched the show, when they killed the deaf chick on Jericho, it was quite a shock:

img803.imageshack.us

I mean, she wasn't a minor character, and they weren't building up to it. They just ended an episode with her getting shot and started the next episode with her deaf dead ass sitting in a pantry.

List is absolute fail without Tara Maclay from Buffy. They included Joyce, which I agree with, but it wasn't exactly shocking since she had been hospitalized with a brain tumor earlier that same season. Add in the fact that Willow and Tara had only just reunited and you get rivers worth of geek tears (mine included).

Holy crap. I had completely forgotten that I used to like CSI Miami. That show became beyond retarded a few years ago.

Gough: no Chuckles the Clown??

Um...what?

We never even saw the character alive. How could his death be "shocking"? The topic isn't "most unusual deaths".

Henry Blake (M*A*S*H) - Huge shock when it happened. The look on Radar's face. The other characters who didn't know that line was coming.

Billy (Ally McBeal) - I was out of commission on pain medication when my wife woke me up after the show and told me.

Kosh (Babylon 5) - Too bad, but at least he lived on.

Tara (Buffy the Vampire Slayer) - Willow was just a bit angry, but her revenge was an awesome scene.

*cough*

They didn't know until just before they filmed the scene, but they DID know before the line was uttered.

The irony is that episode is listed as one of the funniest episodes in TV history.

I thought Lorne shooting Lindsay was more shocking that Doyle.

As far as Psych, I don't think he's actually dead. I think he's only wounded. It's not official until someone in the show actually confirms he's dead.
