l3randon: Descent was a decent game, for its time. Didn't really get "patriotism" from it, but maybe my graphics card wasn't that good.

Perhaps the sign maker thought that was how to speel dissent?

I want the 60's back. They had a higher class of inbred bigoted high-functioning retards back then. Notice the grammatically correct, professionally printed protest signs?

Sure, those were almost certainly from a union shop.

It was nay so much a sign as it was a protest chant used on poorly trained cops:

Bah--DAH--dah

Eat, suck, fark, gobble, nibble, chew
Motherfarker, motherfarker, we hate YOU!

/Repeat endlessly while swinging hips and punching the air

My friend went to a rally with a sign that read "Saner than Boehner"
...which is sort of less relevant now. but at the time, it was pretty amusing.

It is widely believed AUT (Association of University Teachers) strikers in the 1980s paraded under a sign bearing the snappy slogan

I was trying to take a picture of the dragon-thing, which had a bunch of dancers and musicians performing on it. The sign was a happy accident (though small as a result).
/Rally for Sanity. I road the HuffPo bus down. I still vaguely regret not coming up with my own sign.
