2001-11-14 01:20:17 AM
I'm still pissed that they took deep space nine off the air. Captain Sisco was the coolest... oh yeeeaaahh.

2001-11-14 01:23:16 AM
As a fellow Farker, I'd really appreciate it if Wil got me a walk-on role in Star Trek X.

I'm not worthy...

2001-11-14 01:25:36 AM
Wil, got room for one high school kid to have a walk-on role? ill even pay for hotel and airfare down there!

2001-11-14 01:27:14 AM
Heh, Levar Burton = Hollywood Power Player

It's all about the Reading Rainbow

2001-11-14 01:28:34 AM
For all the Shatner fans, he's on Conan tonight. I just watched his interview, he covers:

-his flatulence
-his alien contact
-the new "Iron Chef"

and trades zings with Conan pretty well. If you're a fan, be sure to catch it.

2001-11-14 01:31:50 AM
That interview was hilarious. Don't forget the part where he dances like a monkey.

2001-11-14 01:40:38 AM
I hear they're gonna have Admiral Kathryn Janeway in it too. I'm not surprised they promoted her after having brought Voyager home.

And I STILL love the theme to Enterprise! It just FITS somehow!

2001-11-14 01:51:26 AM
Who's WIL WHEATON?

2001-11-14 01:51:42 AM
No the X is for eXtreme Star Trek - "Banned from TV" because it's too extreme - too hot to handle - they had to make a movie

2001-11-14 01:59:33 AM
Drummer--Wil Wheaton played one of those kids in "Stand by Me" and he played Ensign Wesley Crusher on Star Trek TNG, the son of Doctor Beverly Crusher. A few people hated Wesley's character 'cause he was a nerd or something, but I actually liked his character.

2001-11-14 01:59:49 AM
Anyone watch the Stargate SG1 wormhole eXtreme? Maybe Richard Dean Anderson portals to the bridge of the Enterprise and dukes it out with Riker.

2001-11-14 02:00:42 AM
GAH!!!... you like the theme for Enterprise?!?!?!

Give me a break, that song sucks.
A whole bunch of us get together to watch Enterprise when it comes on and scream an abject terror everytime the song plyas scrambling for the remote to mute the damnable sound.

2001-11-14 02:04:49 AM
I hear that Data will "die" in this next installment. I wonder whats gonna happen?

2001-11-14 02:09:02 AM
Why can't we farken back to a simpler time, when Klingons looked like Mexicans and yeoman hemlines showed bush? I would rather watch Shatner hawkin Priceline.com than Enterprise (except for that one scene where the chick is oilin up her boobies, of course).

2001-11-14 02:11:39 AM
I cannot believe how incredibly off-topic the rest of you are.

2001-11-14 02:11:43 AM
Data catches Nimda from some bad puter.

2001-11-14 02:23:24 AM
Nope.. apparantly Data's storage systems become uselessly clogged with porn, and they find the remaining 1/1000th of his space is hopelessly fragmented.

2001-11-14 02:24:55 AM
I don't like the theme from Enterprise...I LOVE it!!! Muahahahaaaaaaaaaaa!

I think it rocks! Now I have an urge to go find the tape my husband's been recording it on and listen to it again...maybe I'll get lucky and find a soundtrack or something...blast it in my car....

2001-11-14 02:35:58 AM
I heard that Scott Baio is directing this installment of the Battlestar Galactica series...

Is that true?

2001-11-14 02:38:05 AM
Wil,

If you are going to do just a cameo, they should let you have a signature line, like Arnold's "I'll be back"

One of my favorite lines has always been:

"Suck my fat one you cheap dime store hood."

That, and the leeches; the expression on your face was pricelss.

Good luck to you.

2001-11-14 02:43:08 AM
Never knew there was a wheaton tag

2001-11-14 02:44:29 AM
I think Wil's BEST performance was when Wes was 'drunk' from a virus that infected the Enterprise. Hahahahaa!

2001-11-14 02:53:50 AM
Q = Best villian EVER!

That's not a question. I am just saying that Q is the... uh nevermind.

2001-11-14 03:49:54 AM
Zaago: "Who told you you had a fat one?"

Ahhh, "Stand By Me". Great film. One of my favorite from my late childhood. Saw it when I was about 9 or so. Wil Wheaton must've been 14 or so? How close am I, Wil?

2001-11-14 04:44:59 AM
Do you suppose this link is from WILLWHEATON.NET???

Ugh, shouting.

2001-11-14 06:10:47 AM
Why do you stupid farking Amerikans spell it "Villian"

I've seen this from the Star Wars farqueheads as well.

It's spelt "VILLAIN"

I know you're just trying to irritate me. Bastards.

2001-11-14 06:49:39 AM
Greatest cross over would be... Boba Fett is paid by Darth Vader to destroy the Enterprise. And none of that faggy jedi shiat either, just pisses me off when they're always talking about 'sensing' things.

2001-11-14 06:57:38 AM
Does anyone know if that Star Trek Weakest Link show already aired? Or when it is going to?

2001-11-14 07:55:42 AM
The last TNG movie??

What the hell??

I'm not ready for a Voyeger movie, or a DS9 movie.

DS9 kicked ass, a movie would only screw it up.

Korzeniowski:

Well, at least tell us where you're from so we can routinely mock your hovel-dwelling, bad teeth society. And besides, with the abundance of American flaws, you target our spelling? My gawd man, you lack vision.

I like how any post that says anything bad about Wil is instatly deleted.

Oh well, I suppose eternal vigiliance and censorship are the prices you pay to kiss an ex-celebrity's butt.

2001-11-14 08:26:30 AM
What happened to the Ant Cam link??

2001-11-14 08:33:04 AM
Well, at least tell us where you're from so we can routinely mock your hovel-dwelling, bad teeth society.

No way! Do you take me for a fool??! I will never reveal that I am from France!!! Far too many times have I .. oh bugger.

And besides, with the abundance of American flaws, you target our spelling? My gawd man, you lack vision.

America has flaws?? How can this be true? I am an avid consumer of American entertainment & media, according to all of these sources, there are no flaws in America! What am I to believe? You have shattered my paradigms in a devastating manner akin to the time William Shatner farted next to me in a bookstore.

We've warped back in time. It's Startrek all over...

Wil Wheaton was on Star Trek?

Just kidding.

2001-11-14 08:39:37 AM
I think I have it. The answer to the twin riddles of:

what part can a Super-Being Wesley Crusher possibly play in the new movie?

and

Who will be the new 'best villain since Khan'?

I put it to you that WESLEY will be the new super villain!! Yay!

All that zooting around in hyperspace has made him crazy - AND MEAN - and he's back to fiddle around with history and bring his father back from the dead. Old captain baldy, beard-face and yelloweyes the robot will be back to put a stop to it.

God I'm brilliant. Berman, I'll expect a communicado from you shortly! Along with a nice fat cheque. :p

2001-11-14 08:41:54 AM
Why are posts disappearing? I know no-one likes to be ridiculed (ok, maybe a few people do ;) but I am sure, from the little I do know of Wil Wheaton, he wouldn't want people to feel they couldn't talk freely, even if it *does* mean critising charaters he's played in the past.

I mean, we're allowed to make fun of Capt Kirk, why not Wesley?

And if the posts are simply the one's asking why there is a Wheaton tag, the reason is simple: Wil asked nicely for one, since Walken has one, and Wil is a sort-of star too, who actually posts here!

It was just a sort of cool thing, done a little while ago, and not meant to annoy any of the regs, I'm sure.

Anyway, thats my $0.02

{I remind everyone that I speak with no authority on anything.}

Ant-cam rocked!

I'm watching it right now.

2001-11-14 08:49:16 AM
I think Wil needs to lobby for Debbie Gibson to have a guest role. :)

Tostfeld:
The Star Trek edition of WEAKEST LINK is to air on Monday 11/26. The only players revealed so far are Wil Wheaton, LeVar Birton, and William F****n' Shatner.

2001-11-14 08:57:07 AM
Didn't Wesley have incredible powers over time and space? Maybe the universe is being threatened by sinister beings from the saccharine continuum, like the Olson twins, Amy Tan and Irwin Winkler... and the crew's only hope is to fight fire with fire.

2001-11-14 09:05:38 AM
Thanks John for the heads up.

2001-11-14 09:24:47 AM
MisterSym: i'm pretty sure wheaton was 12 or younger. i read reiner wanted the kids to be the same age they played, & at the end of the film, old gordie types "i never had friends like the ones i had when i was twelve. does anyone?"

2001-11-14 09:31:27 AM
Oh man! You get to be in an EVEN numbered ST movie. Those are the ones that usually Don't suck. Wrath of Kahn, Voyage Home, Undiscovered country. Although, I think it may have reset for the TNG movies to be the odd ones. The Generations was crap but First contact was cool. Insurrection was not so much bad as laughable, at least in my (not at all humble) opinion.

I never had a problem with Wesley. I just hated it when the story leaned too heavily on his IQ to resolve the plot.

2001-11-14 09:45:13 AM
NO!!!! NO!!!! There is no god! Wesley was the most disgusting creation ever on the big or small screen, except Jar Jar Binks... if the two were to team up.... >>

2001-11-14 09:51:03 AM
Way to go Wil!
Not sure how they`ll do it though, didn`t Wesley transform into some sort of all powerful energy being or something?

Hope it goes well for you though.

2001-11-14 09:51:12 AM
Wesley got cooler as the show went on. The First Duty is easily one of the best TNG shows ever. Wil showed that Wesley had flaws, and that for all his intelligence, he was capable of making very basic mistakes.

Good for Wil.

2001-11-14 09:52:33 AM
Ignore Jellyfish Wil. I think it's cool, if for nothing else than you get to work with your friends again.

Excellent.

go to Startrek.com and the entire weakest link list is there......

Denise Crosby, Armin Shimmermin (sp), John DeLancie, and a few more.....
