Got all that drama out at work last week, 18 people laid off, three separate investigations of upper and mid management by the regional people. Still have a place to work and a job for now.

He needs to go on a prescription diet, which means everyone goes on a prescription diet. We need to find a new food everyone likes for the time being. Alice is on a 'whatever she'll eat' diet and I don't want to stop free feeding right now.

He's been super snuggly since he got rid of the stones. I'm sure he was uncomfortable for some time before he showed symptoms.

Thanks, the girl kitties seem content to be in the pen. Flower meows constantly when I am with them but I think she is just talking, Forrest is distant like always but sometimes she ask for petting. Miss Cassie seems to be the happiest she has her kid and grandkitten and she must smell Tom on me so she knows he is still around.

Agreed, cats tend to try and hide any discomfort.... (this seems to be a great opportunity to reiterate that only YOU know what your cat is like when he is normal - so if something seems wrong, it probably is, do not hesitate to go to the vet!)



I personally would prefer to err on the side of caution. but that's just me.

5 Hour Energy drink? I use something (not EVERY day) that is called Tweaker and costs a buck as opposed to $3 for 5HE. Seems to give a pick-me-up but maybe it's all in my head.

A few people I know swear by that stuff. I've never tried it myself. Being that OTC allergy meds contributed to anxiety issues I'm not gonna mess with any stimulant. Coffee works for me.

Coffee works for me too, but around 5pm (I work 11a to 7p) for the same price (and 10 seconds as opposed to nursing a cuppa Joe for 45 minutes) I get the boost. Again, I don't use it every day.
