Since that felt like a moment I'd have said [citation needed] if someone else had posted it:

They hate the Girl Scouts

They only actually care about child rape when it hits them in the wallet

These kids knew what they were getting into but it's still a douche move from the school

The Vatican charges that nuns are spending too much time on issues of poverty and social justice, and not enough on opposing same-sex marriage, contraception and abortion. That's right. The nuns were too worried about doing the stuff Christ said to do, and not focusing enough on being complete tools to terrified young girls and those awful gays.

RexTalionis: Yeah, they still have the ugly bits with the priest pedophilia coverup and the whole thing with abortion and contraceptives. But they're a lot better than, say, Pat Robertson or Ted Haggard or any of the other megachurch pastors.

They have been a force for hate and intolerance in more ways than just kiddy diddling. They've been forefront on the "wimminfolk ain't people" movement and the "gays must burn" movement, too.
