That video is precisely what's wrong with hockey/lacrosse in this country. Kids are brought up thinking that's it's perfectly normal to drop the gloves and go at it because the parents encourage it. Seriously, at one point a father yells at the ref to get out of the way so the kids can fight. It's only when it looks like most of the team is going to be ejected the parents get upset, and that's at the ref for not taking control. No personal responsibility from them at all.

Kids fighting: Let them go, don't interfere
Kids going to be suspended: Why didn't you get in there? It's your fault, they shouldn't be kicked out even though they were the ones fighting.

The worst part is, this happens at all levels. The second the kids can make contact, the parents turn vicious. Hell, even before then it's not uncommon to hear parents screaming bloody murder at a game, even if the kids are 6 years old.
