Dude is almost a lock to spend 30 days on the DL. Even with that happening he will probably still bat over 350 drive in over 100 and end up with close to 40 home runs. Unless you think he's going to get injured, which given his injury history is a legitimate possibility, he's going to beat the second, and demolish the third. I don't think there's any way he finishes with less than 150 rbis this season, given the rest of the lineup. I hate to extrapolate, but he's on pace for something like 85 homeruns. I think more realistically, he finishes in the 60s, which would give us a new single-season homerun champ.
As for average, who knows, it's only May. .400 is never out of the realm of possibility though. Chipper Jones was hitting .400 into mid summer a few seasons ago. Tony Gwynn was batting .393 before the strike in 1994.

Its not like jackie robinson didnt come in and instantly rewrite the record books, it took a while until Aaron broke the all time record and that was mainly because he was so consistent and had a long career.
