Congrats to Dortmund on the win. Farking pathetic show from Bayern Munich. Oh well, I've got my little Bavarian head held high still.

The performance worries me a bit for the CL final next week. The thought of Bayern losing the CL final at home makes me want to throw up things I don't even remember eating. But I have a feeling that game will be different. Bayern will be much more motivated.

Gerhard Schroder defeated Helmut Kohl overwhelmingly in the 1998 elections. I'm virtually certain that subby is referring to Gerhard Schroder. All of you "David Hasselhoff" people are just being intentionally obtuse.

Beat me to it, I stood about 20 feet from where that took place, in the rebuilt Reichstag. It was a bit of a mess after the war:

I love Berlin, been there three times.

Honestly, it's probably the Champion's League that's had Bayern unfocused in its own league. Better beat the Brits at home, Bayern...

Dortmund has been completely dominating everybody domestically (most points ever, undefeated in their last 29 league matches). I'm looking forward to seeing them in the CL next year. This year they weren't so hot, but I chalk it up to a lack of European experience. Now they have that under their belts, plus all the national team players that will be in Euro 2012.
