Reminds me about a Brit sitcom that I heard about from 20 years ago that was originally going be called "Dead Belgians don't count" (which was later called "Drop the Dead Donkey"). The joke being a reference to a headline you might see in a British paper that says "Plane crash in Belgium kills 200, No Brits on Board."
