James Brown 1965 or 66 in Seattle. He shook my hand, I was just mesmerized. I saw a road trip concert for the show Hullaballo before that but the only person I remember was Rosey Grier the football player (go figure).

It was the 1999 version of this, so I guess the answer is that it was co-headlined by Rage Against the Machine and Limp Bizkit.
