Most of the people they catch are socially retarded porn addicts that wouldn't know what to do with a kid if you put them in a room with a dozen of them. The ones they should be going after are the ones that actually produce the stuff, they're the ones that use encryption and don't just share stuff willy nilly so the cops find it. There really needs to be a differentiation between producing and possessing CP. Right now there's no distinction so the prosecutors just go after the porn addicts that don't actually produce the stuff because it's a lot easier than going after the people that actually produce it and cover their tracks. Kind of like how they try to reclassify drug users as drug dealers. Makes their stats look good with minimal effort.

Actually Hard drives are rather soft. Aparently it takes just a few seconds. You do have to have the drill on hand though.
