This is one of the things I miss, actually. They have a dolphin watching tour where you go out on the bay and look for wild dolphins to interact with. It's pretty cool because it's right next to the cruise terminals, so when one of the big ships is going out, you'll be up close to watch them launch themselves into the air as the ship is moving.

Also, petting stingrays is pretty cool.

The only clearly superior aquarium I've been to is the one at fisherman's wharf in San Francisco.

And I bet TDS will be the best and most relevant coverage of both conventions. That fact gives me a sad.

I enjoyed Ybor City the last time I was down there, although I've been told since that it's a terrible tourist trap and there are nicer parts of the city.

Try Hyde Park next time. Ybor is okay, but channelside is better for bars and women, and Hyde Park is just better for everything.
