And this was just a primary! I wonder what kind of show we will get for the actual election?

fergalicious: Adolf Oliver Nipples: You know, I don't know who my wife votes for. She could say one thing and do another and I'd never know, what with these newfangled secret ballots and all.

Wouldn't it have been easier for all involved if she had just told him what he wanted to hear and then done her business without him ever being the wiser until it was already done? Hell, just lie to the guy. It's better than making an insurance claim on the truck, right?

Why should she have to lie about what she believes and who she's voting for just so he won't get pissed? He's the bad guy; she did nothing wrong.

She shouldn't. Just as I shouln't have to lock my doors. But unfortunately, it sometimes makes things work better to just accept stupidity and crazy.

This proves that giving voting rights to women is not part of God's plan.

"These crazy liberal nuts are always pulling this crap," said Radle's brother, Mike Radle, describing himself and his brother as firm supporters of Walker, the subject of the recall.

What is this I don't even.

Perhaps she didn't know quite how crazy he was and since, it seems, they might have been separated, maybe she just enjoyed tweaking him. Hindsight is always 20-20.

Old enough to know better: Should have backed over him a couple of times, just to be sure.

Double tap.

Who does?

Radle himself probably doesn't understand himself.

/Ferchrissakes he supports Walker, he must be a total dumbass.

Throw her in front of a moving vehicle. Solves the problem just as well, and doesn't cause you any pain.

FTA: "Radle, a Walker supporter, was on foot."

Man, this stuff just writes itself...

Jesus Christ, Republicans have gone completely off the deep end...

She should have done the country a favor and backed up over his dumb ass a few times and finished him off.

2012-05-09 07:33:01 AM

FirstNationalBastard: I approve of this.

On election day, we need to get all good, upstanding Republican voters to walk out into the middle of their local Interstate highway and throw themselves in front of the vehicles to make sure that none of the drivers can go vote for a Democrat.

That'll fix things.

If I wasn't on my phone, I would vote this both smart *and* funny.

2012-05-09 07:33:44 AM
My first thought was;

"Wouldn't it be nice if everyone was this passionate about voting?"

Of course, without the whole "Bodily Harm" and "illegal detention" thing?

2012-05-09 07:47:20 AM

mikaloyd: One vote for a democrat and unemployment rises, healthcare cost rises, crime rises, income decreases. and a straight marriage breaks up. Thats progress

I live with my mom

The only people breaking up straight marriages are straight people.

Teabaggers will turn to violence when Obama wins his second term.

2012-05-09 07:50:50 AM
As someone who doesn't know all the intricacies of voting law, isn't there a law or something against blocking people from voting? or trying to coerce them to change their vote? or is that only at the voting area itself?

2012-05-09 07:58:16 AM
If you vote Democrat, you support Adolf Hitler and Joseph Stalin.

The thing is, Wisconsin has gone absolutely bonkers because of partisan divide. I really do blame the Wisconsin GOP, Walker and the idiots who blindly support them to fight against keywords. It's sad, really, really sad. When I saw the headline, I wasn't surprised at all. The morons ARE going to throw a tantrum, aren't they?

Honestly I think Walker is going to win, but all they need is one perceived slight. It will of course be portrayed by the media as a series of isolated incidents.

2012-05-09 08:02:45 AM
At least these people were committed to democracy enough that, by God, they were gonna vote come Hell or high water. Half this country doesn't vote at all.

I'm aware that this is the most likely outcome, but for the life of me I have no idea why. Walker is spectacularly awful even by GOP standards, and Wisconsin doesn't strike me as the sort of place that's filled with partisan morons who'd vote for him regardless just because of the "R" after his name.

Any Wisconsinites want to explain what the mood of the electorate is there? Are people just pissed that it's a recall election?

Yep, I tapped a deer a couple of years ago, and it was 2400 bucks to replace the worthless plastic fender. Until then, I had assumed there was metal under it, but no, nothing but plastic til you hit the tires or the radiator.

Yeah, it's always the liberal nuts who are trying to go vote, without being impeded...

Impeding a democrat from voting is OK......it's what makes republicans "voter fraud" initiatives so wonderful. Imaginary voter fraud makes it all OK.

It's the undead voting Democrat in Illinois that bothers me. I wonder why the dead would want more socialism for the living.

Also, Dems in a number of states keep trying to give felons the right to vote again. That kinda gives you an idea of the company they keep in the Congress I suppose.

Hitting pedestrians w/ vehicle and leaving the scene. Nice. I guess the husbands non-violent Occupy the Driveway movement is over after wife decides to assault him with the car. And libs are okay with that.

I'm a NPP voter and I honestly don't see the problem with letting felons vote after they've done their time. If you've paid your debt to society by serving your time, why should you continue to be penalized by having your right to vote removed permanently? Unless they got busted for some sort of political shenanigans, I really don't think they should be permanently barred from voting.

Yep, just pissed it's a recall election. Pissed that people can't accept the person who was elected the first time around. I think a majority of the Walker votes were to spite the recallers.

I stopped being nice to the old rich farts 30 years ago, and just don't talk to them any more.
I only go to ignore them openly.
