That seems reasonable to me.

No I'd throw her corpse in a...........HEY HEY I'll shut up now.

Wisconsin Republicans are a truly special breed...

On the other hand, if it wasn't for them, Cheap Trick and Blue Oyster Cult cover bands wouldn't be as popular in WI, and I'd have to find original bands to laugh at. And, let's face it, picking on The Decemberists gets kind of old after a while.

"These crazy liberal nuts are always pulling this crap," said Radle's brother, Mike Radle, describing himself and his brother as firm supporters of Walker, the subject of the recall.

Yeah, it's always the liberal nuts who are trying to go vote, without being impeded...

My ex-wife keeps telling me I should vote Republican. More specifically, she wants me to vote right-wing-conservative-Christian.

So happy she's my ex-wife.

2012-05-08 11:39:07 PM
Typical Repub. Knows he can't win in a fair fight. So - suppress the vote!

2012-05-08 11:45:27 PM
Sounds like a plan.

Republican men have to assert themselves, show those Democrats who's has the brains in their own households.

And hope they don't back up to see what they hit.

Leinies land.

2012-05-08 11:48:31 PM
Who's?

OK, so it's sloppy editing. This is the result of a nearly perfectly balanced mind chosing between "who's got" and "who has". If my mind were any more fair and balanced, I'd be coming up with portemanteau words or Fox News talking points or some other gibberish, perhaps Tea Party signs.

2012-05-08 11:51:37 PM
I approve of this.

On election day, we need to get all good, upstanding Republican voters to walk out into the middle of their local Interstate highway and throw themselves in front of the vehicles to make sure that none of the drivers can go vote for a Democrat.

That'll fix things.

2012-05-08 11:56:18 PM
This is what The Founding Fathers wanted.

2012-05-09 12:01:56 AM
Ah Republicans. Proudly doing anything they can to stop voting, because that's the only way American democracy can really work.

Now that is funny.

Yes, it's those crazy liberal nuts who are always throwing themselves in front of moving cars to keep their ex-spouses from voting the way they want. Every time.

2012-05-09 12:15:15 AM
You know, I don't know who my wife votes for. She could say one thing and do another and I'd never know, what with these newfangled secret ballots and all.

Wouldn't it have been easier for all involved if she had just told him what he wanted to hear and then done her business without him ever being the wiser until it was already done? Hell, just lie to the guy. It's better than making an insurance claim on the truck, right?

Rapmaster2000: This is what The Founding Fathers wanted.

Sensible wives mowing down their asshat mouthbreather dumbfarklican husbands? I can't imagine how the Founding Fathers didn't specifically include this in the Declaration of Independence, never mind the constitution. What a lack of foresight...

There is wisdom in this. Sometimes people are just as much at fault when they dismiss the path of least resistance.

If subby is a Republican and it would lose a Republican vote, then please let your wife run you over, thxbye.

He should have just taken her driver's license. Then she would not have been able to drive over him, or vote. Oh wait a minute...

2012-05-09 06:06:23 AM
So that deer that ran onto Hwy 41 in front of my car was a Walker supporter, too? Damn whitetailed GOP.

Something tells me that domestic violence is not new to this couple. Also not new: avoiding an argument.

One vote for a democrat and unemployment rises, healthcare cost rises, crime rises, income decreases. and a straight marriage breaks up. Thats progress

Oh sure that makes sense and it is completely reasonable because men are absolutely entitled to tell wives how to vote. The goddamned libruls and their mind controllin' Nazi-rays keeps making them wimmins do stuff.

Impeding a democrat from voting is OK......it's what makes republicans "voter fraud" initiatives so wonderful. Imaginary voter fraud makes it all OK.

2012-05-09 06:32:33 AM
So, one less Walker supporter was able to go vote for him?

Strangely...I'm OK with this...

I would actually not be surprised if that is pretty much what the guy's brother said when he made that comment about blaming the liberals.

2012-05-09 06:34:38 AM
She should have kept trying to drive around him on his left side and the taunted him, "Ha ha made you move to the left, you dirty liberal!" $10 says it would eventually make him stop trying just in case the neighbors could hear him being accused of it.

2012-05-09 06:35:25 AM
Jeez, if only ALL the repugnitards were this dedicated to influencing elections.

Hey, maybe if we spread the word that all Democrats take light rail to the polls, the repugnitards can chuck themselves in front of every train they see.

Charge her if you must, but look hard at him for interfering with her constitutional right to vote.

Yeah, what he was doing was in no way any sort of problem, it was just that she was a liberal.

How foolish of me to think otherwise.

Sometimes, as adults we lie in order to keep the peace. Lies are what hold our little society together.

I live across the street from a polling place and every election day, they manage to send out a crew of painters with trucks and white stripe road line and zebra crosswalk painters to redo all the lines JUST AROUND THE POLLING PLACE, and to block the parking lot. They don't even pretend they're not suppressing low income area votes.
