Hence the "Still no cure for cancer" meme.

Apparently, Fark has the potential to last into the 23rd century. To boldly go...where no big-nutted squirrel...has gone...before.

He was great in the A-Team

Whew....sad that he passed away, but at first glance when the headline mentioned "God", I thought it was about Lemmy.....

FTFA: Murdock played "God," or the "godhead," as it were, in the William Shatner-directed Star Trek V. "God" struck Kirk with a lightning bolt when the captain dared ask, "What does God need with a starship?"

Obviously, it wasn't "God" or the godhead. His character was some sort of demiurge, an alien entity imprisoned by the energy barrier. Just say that.

For the record, I love this farking movie. Its got a warmth and humor missing from some of the others. Its like a extended episode from its original TV run.

Everyone got tired of him trolling the politics queue with that whole "I AM THE ONE TRUE GOD" crap.

The God Head being was featured in the series of books that covered Q's childhood (sort of)

he is literally just the head. he was severed from his body

Even John Yoo would agree that this film qualifies as torture.

Yes, it is. Also the movie that gave us Spock neck-pinching a horse, which is the single most awesome Trek moment of all time, I'm told.

It was the only other time Uhura was shown apparently dating a member of the crew (Scotty this time). JJ Abrams paired her with Spock in the last one.
