Not all that unlikely given that he was in an open marriage for almost thirty years.

that's not really a fair statement - they were divorced in every way except legally for almost thirty years. from all i've heard, he's been happily not-married to that other broad for almost as long.

The three of them signed their Christmas cards together. There are even suggestions that she was the sole beneficiary of his estate until she died. By all accounts, all three were happy with the arrangement. And he is now married to the other woman, Astrid Menks.

I remember when CNBC was about the financial industry not a bunch of right wing partisan idiots.

It's so embarrassing when Buffet gets on and all that idiot does is try to embarrass Buffet with shiat like this and strawman arguments.

Yeah Joe Kernan, is an ass. When FOX created their own financial channel CNBC became all right wing partisan. It's pretty embarrassing ho bad it got.

It's so funny when they run up against people like Buffet they are so upset at people like him because it shows that their political/economic dogma is wrong that it makes them so mad.

I think it might just be *optically* synergistic. They'll harmonize the appiverse eventually and unlock the potential of crowdsourced web 2.0 user content driven customer ownership. Then and ONLY then will we be able to invoke that pipe dream of "synergy".

/good answer btw.

I'm not annoyed so much by the dogma than I am by the idea that CNBC decided to reduce things like David Faber and actual math and replace it with tits and loudmouths. CNBC wanted to compete with FBN by getting louder and dumber.

Telling me you watch CNBC is telling me you probably make bad investments.

Kernan is an ass. He does this everytime Buffet is on. You have the most successful investor in US history and Kernan sits around trying to insult him or asks him stupid tea bagger questions. It's embarrassing.

A) that's pretty much my point
B) nope don't watch it anymore because it has no data or real information anymore. It's all political BS.

Yeah Faber is good. But he is too liberal i.e. he looks into facts, for CNBC anymore.

Maybe Mr. Buffet should pay the 1 BILLION in back taxes he still owes the IRS.

Instead of saying rich people should pay their fare share.

He is such a piece of trash.

When you have as much money as Buffet, a marriage is going to be as open as you want it to be. If she doesn't like it, well... there's the door. Questions?

You mean the possible 1 billion that Berkshire Hathaway is currently fighting with the IRS about? Is that the money you speak of?
Because that 1 billion number came from public available documents analyzed by people who are not part of the negotiations there. And I have a sneaking suspicion that if you had the cadre of lawyers and money to back the process you'd probably fight the IRS over your taxes too if you thought you were being taxed unfairly.
