Women who are naturally thin like Keira Knightly or Natalie Portman look attractive to me. For some reason though, even if your conscious mind can't pick out why right away, you can tell when someone is 'wrong thin', they should be bigger but now they're unhealthily thin. Like Christina Ricci, she just don't look as good now. She looks too thin to me, whereas Keira still looks healthy. And LeAnn just looks revolting and truly sick. And that's not even talking about her personality or those hideous braying mule faces she makes.

I think it all comes down how the weight is distributed, if the arms are small around but still round, it looks like the weight is proper. Likewise if the legs are thin but the thighs are larger around than the lower legs, still good. When you get the shrunken upper thighs and arms it gets weird, as does bones showing in the wrong places. Many women have some boniness around the collarbone, but when the hipbones jut out that looks weird.

That said, most of the stars went from medically overweight to scary thin and probably based on drugs as subtard suggests.

BMI doesn't mean anything. if you're 'medically overweight' but look good versus 'medically within weight' but look like auschwitz, there's a problem

Pretty sure she has an eating disorder too. You can see the increased hair on her face and the swelling of her gums. Those are both usually signs of an eating disorder and her body is trying to compensate.
