Personally, I hope he gets into a drunk friends ricer-mobile and drunk friend slides out of control, crushing the passenger side of the car, making that little shiat's body only identifiable by dental records.

/or he gets chained to a chair and forced to watch his father plow his sister

I remember this - for some reason I watched Nancy Grace - yeah, it was horrible.

So, as I recall Hulk Jr. was about 16 and had a $300,000 Ferrari (or some shiat like that) and there was some 24 year old Iraqi veteran that for some reason was his best friend and was totally aware that Hulk Jr. was a drunken idiot teen who had been in numerous accidents before.

Yet, Mr,. Veteran of the Iraq War refused to wear a farking seat belt when his child-buddy with the expensive sports car went street racing.

I just loved how Nancy Grace droned on and on and then screamed "AND HE WAS A VETERAN!!!111!!!!" (as if that makes Hulk Jr's crime all that much worse).

I'm surprised Nancy didn't commit a murder herself just so she could have the chance to be in the same prison cell as Hulk Junior so she could rape him.

I hate sounding like I'm defending Hulk Junior, but DUI cases interest me so I actually paid a little attention to Nancy Grace just this once.

Nice manipulation of the facts. Let's not forget that his friend wasn't wearing his seat belt and that's why he's brain dead.

If memory serves correctly, wasn't the friend the one that BOUGHT the booze?

Ironic thing ... the brother of the kid who was almost killed in Hogan's car was recently killed in a car accident in which the driver was speeding

Yet, Hulk goes unpunished for what he did to the World Trade Center.

I hate to defend Hulk's son on this also, but you are correct in saying that a 24 year-old should have been more responsible than to get in the car with a drunk 16 year old and go drag racing on public streets, without a seat belt. I think they share equal responsibility for the guy's current condition.

No it was a toyota supra. Extensively modified, ie something that would be at home in a fast and the furious movie.

They look at the pictures in WCW Magazine, circa 1999-2001 for their ideas.

He's brain dead because the guy driving the car he was riding in acted irresponsibly.

And whatever happened to personal responsibility? I don't know about you, but if I'm getting into a two-ton object that moves at a high rate of speed that I have no control over, the first thing I would do is buckle up.

Naw, just like poking trolls. Nick Hogan is no angel, in fact, he's an idiot. But to say his friend is completely blameless and it's all Nick's fault is just WILDLY stupid.

DUI accident happened in my town. Car full of people, all blitzed. Everyone put their seatbelt on except for one person. Car rolled. Everyone walked away from the crash except for the unbelted person got ejected, died. If the person had his belt on, chances are, the driver would have lost his license for 6 months and be a whole lot poorer. But now the idiot driver is on the hook for manslaughter because his friend was an idiot too.

Again: It's about personal responsibility too. Not just for the driver but everyone in the car. Because you can't guarantee the driver's not an idiot, so watch yourself.

Another high-profile DUI case in Florida was the Leyritz thing. And yes, Leyritz was drunk. But the person who died was also drunk, also texting while driving AND not wearing her belt.

When you get into a car, you have no guarantees you're safe. Wear a damn seat belt.

I'm one of the few people who can say they saw Hogan job to Billy Kidman live! (In a handicap match with Mike Awesome, and Kevin "made the save" and beat them up after the match, but still). I even got on Nitro with a generic "New Blood" sign designed to be purpously generic enough to get the attention of the camera man when the New Blood came out.

What was despicable about Nick Hogan wasn't that he got into an accident. It more that he asked his dad (from jail) to help set up a reality show for him for when he got out. He suggested they could call it, "The New Nick."

There was also him calling the victim "a negative person" and conversations in which Hulk said things like, "For some reason God laid some heavy s--- on [Graziano]."

He also cried from jail about how his cell was so small (about the size of his bathroom) and how bored he was, just one month into an eight month sentence.

The lack of contrition is despicable, not his actions, which were just those of an incredibly stupid and entitled teenager.
