I worked for this company that used McAfee corporate edition for its ant-virus solution. Well long story short a virus got onto the network that ended up making 95% of the companies computers in the United States almost useless, and even had started to spread to England and South America. It took McAfee a full week to find a solution.

CSB .... went to belize 2 years ago for Xmas. went to go see the ruins and on the way into the swamps there are these awesome "huts" on 30 foot risers that is right next to the swamp. each hut was probably 2500 sq ft and the guide told us that that was his house. really cool set up. evidently he is down there searching the swamps for the cure for diseases by studying the flora of the area. they all have nothing but good things to say about the guy and he does many positive things for their country.

that being said, it was pretty interesting to be driving down the road dodging chickens and in the next instance be stopped at a military check point and thanking god that we had a guide that knew the commander personally.

That's just the Belize government's account. It's no better than McAfee's. And even in their own account the whole thing sounds like bullshiat because it makes it sound like the military attacked the guy's property because three of his security guards didn't have their credentials.

Plus, they say initially that only two of the four guards were unlicensed, but they arrested three for providing unlicensed services.

All I know is once McAfee was installed in Belize, everything became slower and there were more bugs.
