The broader "Live For Now" campaign

I'm sure there is no way this slogan will ever get mangled in translation. Add a comma in the right place and it sounds kind of ominous: "Live, for now".

Lipspinach: How is it even partially responsible subby?

Hair fire during commercial shoot -> Cosmetic surgery during recovery -> Addiction to cosmetic surgery -> Public laughing-stock -> Overmedication -> Overdose.

Tune in tomorrow when I pull more "information" out of my arse.

/not subby.

Well thank goodness they're spending millions on this campaign. I never would have heard of their soda otherwise.

Will this even work?

I know there are still Michael Jackson fans, but don't most people form a preference for a particular soft drink fairly early in life? I can't imagine there are too many pre-teen MJ fans.

/Coke drinker for life
//because of the Clash? (it's possible I suppose)

So, in order to cash in on the 25th anniversary of "Bad", they're releasing tacky crap that will be completely meaningless in a month?

Are they going to get bent when Weird Al re-releases "Fat" on its 25th anniversary? And damn, has it really been that long? Holy shiat, I'm old.

I don't think it was the beginning of the downward spiral, but it gave him some bad habits which he turned to when things weren't going his way. The molestation accusations were really what knocked him down. He might have been ready to come out of his funk but he'd made weird risky medical stuff into a lifestyle and his luck ran out.

I drank Pepsi until now, but I won't buy anything with Jackson's picture on it.
