I can't believe that was a link to an actual news story.

It's too bad that they opted for a British tracked vehicle then, isn't it? Half-assed Minnesotans.

Hey, that's not fair. Those are fully-assed Minnesotans.

I've seen similar film footage from right after WWII. If you don't have a bulldozer, and there are plenty of surplus Shermans around, it's not hard to see the practical solution to your demolition needs.

1. It was a British APC.
2. Plug tag? It was a USA Today video on the USA Today Geek tab.

Some of them even looked like they were double assed

hogans: Here's footage from a Patton tank in 1957 New Jersey.

That's a Sherman Tank.

I generally avoid HuffPost links- my Ghostery goes nuts trying to block all the trackers from their site.

San Diego Tank Rampage

Made me think of this little gem from my hometown.

CSB: My dad was once a platoon leader at the armory that tank came from.

I imagine a German tank taking out a house would look something like this

A German tank will most definitely get the job done, but if one's not available, then a British one will do.

if the Battle Of Britain had turned out differently, this might have been a German tank.

Fano: A cat is fine too

I can picture a guy with a cat held with arms extended and running at a building yelling "CHARGE" an the cat is screeching and clawing to get away from you before you run into a wall.

/yes I ran out of Ritalin 2 days ago.

Depends on the map, I suppose. Smashing through buildings on Live Oaks or Prokhorovkha is one of the reasons I prefer those two :)
